Role Statement:

Client Servicing Executive - is responsible in building strong agency & client relationship and expand business with existing set of clients.

Report To:

Director, Search Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent service to clients and develop strong agency client relationship.
- Act as one point of contact between the agency and client.
- Develop, generate and expand business with existing set of clients.
- Generate reports for clients' campaigns.
- Review and raise initiatives to improve conversion for clients' campaigns.
- Would be responsible for delivery of campaigns.
- Contribute to achieving annual revenue growth targets.

Experience & Skills Required:

- At least 2 years of experience in client servicing, advertising, digital marketing, search marketing or a related field.
- A diploma/degree in business/marketing or a related field preferred.
- Google Adwords certified preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in understanding needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions.
- Possess great problem solving skills.
- Strong passion in the customer service.
- Candidate who excels in role will be given opportunity for promotion to Account Manager.
