Landing Page Optimization for Thai to Go

Thai to Go offers affordable Thai cuisine delivery in Singapore. Recently, they opened their first restaurant at Sembawang Cottage.
OOm was tasked with SEO duty to optimize Thai to Go Corporate Site for important keywords such as Thai Food Delivery, Food Delivery, etc. SEM campaigns were also launched on both Google and Yahoo.
Thai to Go has been getting good responses for their food delivery services with the help of SEM and SEO. With the benchmark set, they were looking at ways to further increase the conversion rate of the website and get more people to order their food.
Thus, they engaged OOm for Google Website Optimization (Landing Page Testing). The ChallengeOur optimization team did an analysis of the website and discovered the following findings: 
1. Original landing page was too cluttered and messy. There were too many distractions on the landing page.
2. No special promotion on the page to entice people to order.

2. Created new landing pages to highlight promotions, with strong call-to-action statements.
 
3. Directed all traffic from SEM campaigns to the new landing pages.
4. Set up the new landing pages on Google Website Optimizer and started experiment.
5. Measured conversions with Google Analytics and used Google Website Optimizer to continuously tweak the landing pages to further improve conversions.
