Other than being an authorized Yahoo certified partner, OOm has also attained Google Adwords Certified Partner status. To become a certified partner, agencies and companies must go the extra length to pass the Google’s exams, which demonstrates OOm’s comprehensive understanding and in-depth knowledge of AdWords as well as digital marketing.

Primary Objective:

  • Provide excellent service to clients and develop strong agency client relationship.
  • Act as one point of contact between the agency and client.
  • Develop, generate and expand business with existing set of clients.
  • Generate reports for clients’ campaigns.
  • Review and raise initiatives to improve conversion for clients’ campaigns.
  • Would be responsible for delivery of campaigns. – Contribute to achieving annual revenue growth targets.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • At least 2 years of experience in client servicing, advertising, digital marketing, search marketing or a related field preferred
  • A diploma/degree in business/marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in understanding needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Possess great problem solving skills.
  • Strong passion in the customer service.
