About the Role:
In this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, content creation, and automation tools. You will be responsible for developing content strategies, training and mentoring copywriters, managing resources, assigning tasks, hiring new team members, and working closely with editors on article output and SEO content direction. Job Description:
- Content Strategy Development: Create and implement robust content strategies that align with clients’ SEO objectives and drive organic traffic.
- Training & Mentoring: Train and mentor SEO copywriters to ensure they are skilled in SEO best practices and effective content creation techniques.
- Automation & Optimization: Utilize content automation tools and software to streamline content creation and optimization processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- Content Creation Guidance: Guide the copywriting team in producing high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content that supports client goals.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews of copywriters, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO team to ensure content strategies are integrated with overall SEO goals and objectives.
- Content Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance, offering insights and recommendations to continuously improve results.
- Resource Management: Manage resources and assign tasks to ensure a smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- Team Building: Hire and onboard new team members, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary skills and expertise.
- Editorial Collaboration: Collaborate with editors on article output and SEO content direction to maintain high standards of quality and relevance.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, content marketing, and automation tools.
We’re Looking For You If…
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO and content creation, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- SEO Expertise: Deep understanding of SEO principles, content optimization techniques, and content automation tools.
