SEO SPECIALIST LEAD (OFF-PAGE)

About the Role

 

In this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of all aspects of off-page SEO, including link building, influencer outreach, and content promotion. You will also need to effectively communicate with clients and other team members. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of two years of experience in an SEO-related role focused on off-page strategies. Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Job Description

 

  • Link Building Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive link building strategies that align with clients’ SEO objectives.
  • Opportunity Research: Research and identify high-quality link opportunities through blogs, forums, industry publications, and other channels.
  • Outreach Management: Manage outreach campaigns to secure backlinks from relevant and authoritative websites.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and webmasters to facilitate ongoing link building efforts.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors’ link profiles to identify and capitalize on link building opportunities.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of link building campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Content Collaboration: Work with content creators to develop link-worthy content that attracts natural backlinks.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in off-page SEO and link building.
  • Team Training: Provide training and guidance to SEO Associates on off-page SEO techniques, including link building, outreach, and content promotion.
  • Mentorship: Offer ongoing mentorship and support to ensure team growth and development.
  • Client Management: Manage client accounts directly when necessary and provide high-quality service.
  • Recruitment: Recruit and train new hires, developing them into successful SEO specialists and associates.

 

We’re looking for you if…

 

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a digital marketing agency, with at least 1 year of experience managing a digital marketing team.
  • SEO Knowledge: Good to excellent understanding of off-page SEO techniques and link building strategies, with a proven track record of acquiring high-quality backlinks.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with skills such as Copywriting, Design, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics (GA), Google Data Studio, HotJar, AHREFS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify).
