Do These Challenges Sound Familiar?
Running campaigns may not be the hardest part. The challenge is showing what worked, turning content and ad spend into sales, bringing every channel into one plan and staying visible while search keeps changing.
Results Are Hard to Prove
Campaigns go live and the numbers come in, but it is unclear which channel brought in the leads or sales. Reports end up describing activity instead of impact.
Content and Ads Do Not Convert
Posts go out on schedule and ad budget gets spent, but engagement and sales stay flat. It is hard to tell whether the problem is the message, the platform or the audience.
Search Traffic Is Changing
More searches now end with an AI-generated answer instead of a click. Pages that used to bring in steady traffic are seeing fewer visits.
Channels Run Without One Plan
Search, social, email and content each have their own goals, budgets and reports. Without a combined view, it is hard to see which channel is underperforming or where the gaps are.
Data Sits in Too Many Places
Google Analytics, Google Ads and each social platform report their own numbers. Pulling them into one report takes hours every week, before any analysis begins.

FAQs
Which course should I take first?
Start with the challenge that is costing you the most right now. If your data is scattered across platforms, begin with Google Analytics 4 or one of the AI courses. If search traffic is falling, start with GEO and SEO.
If your channels feel disconnected, look at the Google marketing campaign, social media, affiliate or content marketing courses alongside an AI course. Individual courses may have their own entry requirements, so check the relevant course page before registering.
Are the courses tied to specific platforms?
Some are. The analytics course is built around Google Analytics 4, and the campaign course around Google Ads. The social media and content courses work across the major platforms, and the thinking behind planning, testing and measuring a campaign applies whichever tools your team uses. Check each course outline for the platforms it covers.
What is GEO, and how is it different from SEO?
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) helps your pages rank in search results. GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) helps your content get picked up and cited when people ask AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI Overviews for an answer. The two overlap a great deal, which is why the GEO and SEO course teaches them together.
How can AI help me manage marketing across different platforms?
AI can compare performance across search, social and content, point out where a channel is falling behind and pull data from different platforms into one dashboard. The AI courses on this page show you how to set this up. You remain responsible for checking the findings, protecting customer data and deciding what changes to make.
Is funding available for these courses?
Funding support may be available to eligible individuals and organisations, depending on the course and your learner profile. Claimable amounts and validity periods also vary, so check the latest course page or speak with OOm Institute before deciding based on funding.
Can these courses lead to a full certificate?
Yes. Several of these courses are modules of the Practitioner Certificate in Digital Marketing, which pairs a core analytics module with two electives. You can take a single course on its own or work towards the full certificate. Applicable WSQ courses may also award a WSQ Statement of Attainment when attendance, assessment and other course requirements are met.
