We were proud to participate in the FLA 2024 event, supporting the franchising and licensing community while showcasing our commitment to growth, innovation, and upskilling. It was an honor to meet Ms. Low Yen Ling, Senior Minister of State for the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI), where we had the opportunity to share our initiatives in digital marketing solutions and training programs for both businesses and individuals.

We had the honour of conducting an AI training session for Sheng Siong! As one of Sheng Siong X SkillsFuture Queen Bee workshop speakers, we had the opportunity to share our insights about AI with Sheng Siong and their suppliers, broadening their knowledge on how to utilise AI for optimising operations and enhancing customer experience.

We’re honoured to have participated in SMRT's recent stakeholder engagement session, where we shared the transformative potential of voice AI and explored how voice AI can automate routine tasks, revolutionise customer experience and streamline operations at SMRT.
