The Brief
Blum makes premium home fittings — drawer systems, hinges, and lift systems engineered to last. But in a market where younger homeowners are doing their renovation research online and finding cheaper alternatives at every turn, being premium isn’t a differentiator on its own. Blum needed to show up consistently, educate without boring, and make their products feel essential — not optional.
The Idea
Lead with the homeowner, not the product. Instead of pushing features, we built content around real home pain points — the chaos of a badly organised kitchen, the frustration of cheap hardware that fails after a year. Blum becomes the answer, not the pitch. Humour and relatability do the heavy lifting. Education follows naturally.
