OOm participated in SMEs Go Digital Day 2026 on 13 October at Suntec Singapore, joining businesses and solution providers at the event organised by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA).

At Booth 38 in the Essential Business Solutions zone, our team introduced OOm’s pre-approved digital marketing solutions and helped visitors explore which options suited their business needs.

The event came shortly after the approval and launch of our Combo 4 SEO/GEO package. Another highlight was seeing our client Anmako take to the stage as a speaker, bringing a client perspective into the day’s programme.

A proud moment for our team was Anmako’s participation in the speaker programme. OOm was the only digital marketing agency at the event with a client speaker slot, giving our partnership a presence both on stage and on the exhibition floor.

For SMEs exploring digital solutions, a fellow business owner’s perspective adds context to the services and packages on display. It creates an opportunity to consider digital marketing from the perspective of a business using it.

Thank you to Anmako for taking part and contributing to the event. Seeing a client we work with on stage made the day especially meaningful for our team.

Introducing Our Newly Approved Combo 4 SEO/GEO Package

SMEs Go Digital Day also gave us an opportunity to introduce our newly approved and launched Combo 4 digital marketing package for SEO and generative engine optimisation (GEO), available through OOm’s Digital Marketing EDGE Grant offering.

The package brings SEO and GEO together to help businesses address visibility across search engines and AI-generated answers.

For businesses already familiar with SEO, GEO introduces additional questions about how their content is discovered, interpreted and referenced by AI platforms. Appearing in an organic search result, being cited as a source and receiving a business mention are different visibility outcomes.

The practical starting point is the business’s own website. Does it clearly explain the services offered? Does it answer the questions customers ask when comparing providers? Does it include useful evidence of the business’s experience?

Bringing SEO and GEO into the same package allows these needs to be considered together, alongside the business’s wider search strategy.

Helping SMEs Choose a Suitable Digital Marketing Solution

At the event, OOm introduced our pre-approved digital marketing solutions across SEO/GEO, search engine marketing (SEM) and social media advertising (SMA).

Each addresses different customer discovery needs. The suitable combination depends on what the business offers, how customers find it and where it needs to improve performance.

SEO/GEO: Building Visibility Across Search and AI Answers

Our newly approved Combo 4 SEO/GEO package brings search engine optimisation and generative engine optimisation together.

The approach considers how a business appears in organic search and how its content may be discovered and referenced in AI-generated answers. Clear service information, useful answers to customer questions and evidence of the business’s experience support this work.

SEM: Reaching Customers Actively Searching

Search engine marketing helps businesses reach people searching for relevant products or services through paid search advertising.

The work involves selecting suitable search terms, writing relevant advertisements and directing visitors to pages that support their needs. Campaign performance then informs adjustments to targeting, bids and messaging.

For SMEs, SEM can support customer acquisition where there is existing search demand for their offerings.

SMA: Reaching Relevant Audiences on Social Platforms

Social media advertising helps businesses introduce and promote their offerings to relevant audiences on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

It can support businesses looking to generate awareness, enquiries or sales, including reaching prospective customers before they actively search for a provider.

Audience selection, creative and the offer need to work together. A product demonstration, completed project or clear explanation of a service can give someone a reason to explore further.

Businesses can learn more about the available packages through OOm’s Digital Marketing EDGE Grant offering.

Beyond the Event: E-commerce Solutions from OOm

While our booth focused on digital marketing solutions, OOm also provides e-commerce website development using Shopify and WooCommerce.

For businesses planning to sell online, the store needs to support how customers browse, compare and purchase products.

That includes clear product descriptions, accurate pricing and availability, accessible delivery and return information, and a straightforward checkout process.

An existing store may need improvements to product organisation or the buying experience. A business launching its first store may need guidance on platform selection and the features required for its operations.

Businesses considering these next steps can speak with our team about their e-commerce requirements alongside their digital marketing plans.
