The Straits Times and Statista have come together once again to produce their fifth edition of Singapore’s fastest-growing companies report. Having earned widespread media coverage in previous years, businesses in various industries have been waiting with bated breath for the release of the 2023 list.
With that, OOm, a leading SEO company, is proud to announce that we have been listed as one of Singapore’s Fastest-Growing Companies in 2023!
The report recognises companies that achieved remarkably high revenue growth between 2018 and 2021. To be part of the list, OOm had to adhere to strict criteria of being an independent company headquartered in Singapore with revenue generated of at least $150,000 in 2018 and $1.5 million in 2021.
Statista also conducted research and examined the official revenue data of over 600 local companies, before including distinguished companies that met the criteria mentioned above in the list.
Growth rates were calculated based on figures submitted by companies in their respective national currencies, which were then converted into Singapore dollars for a fair and accurate comparison. The exchange rate as of 31 December of each financial year was used for the calculation.
The list then ranks companies by their compound annual growth rate calculated by taking into account revenue growth from 2018 to 2021.
All data that the companies provided was checked and processed by Statista to uphold optimum integrity. Only companies with a minimum of 10.5% of growth rate are included in the ranking this year.
