OOm’s 2026 Awards: The Work Behind the Recognition

Posted by

Group at Singapore’s Agency of the Year Awards 2026

OOm has received three awards across the Agency of the Year Awards Singapore 2026 and Marketing Excellence Awards Singapore 2026, alongside finalist recognition across several categories.

The results include Silver for Excellence in eCommerce Marketing, Bronze for Search Agency of the Year and Bronze for Lead Generation Agency of the Year.

Behind these awards are specific business challenges. For Harvey Norman, the work involved reconnecting shoppers with products relevant to their interests. For Jialux Interior, it meant improving the speed and consistency of WhatsApp enquiry handling, while giving the team clearer visibility into where enquiries originated.

Together, these projects offer a closer look at how OOm approaches the customer journey, from attracting interest to supporting the next interaction.

OOm’s 2026 Awards and Finalist Recognition

At the Agency of the Year Awards Singapore 2026, OOm was shortlisted in five categories, receiving Bronze in two:

Category Recognition
Search Agency of the Year Bronze
Lead Generation Agency of the Year Bronze
Full-Service Agency of the Year Finalist
Independent Agency of the Year Finalist
Performance Marketing Agency of the Year Finalist

At the Marketing Excellence Awards Singapore 2026, OOm’s client work received the following recognition:

Category Client and Campaign Recognition
Excellence in eCommerce Marketing Harvey Norman: Bridge to Cart Silver
Excellence in Tech-Driven Marketing Jialux Interior: Chat to Contract Finalist

The agency categories recognise OOm’s capabilities across its business, while the campaign categories provide an opportunity to examine individual projects in greater detail.

Harvey Norman: Connecting Product Research with the Next Purchase

Harvey Norman’s Bridge to Cart campaign received Silver for Excellence in eCommerce Marketing.

Harvey Norman and OOm’s Bridge to Cart campaign

The retailer’s website attracted shoppers researching products across electronics, home appliances, furniture and bedding. Many visitors explored their options before leaving without making a purchase.

That created a challenge for subsequent advertising. A shopper considering a refrigerator had different needs from someone browsing laptops. The advertising needed to reflect those interests as customers continued comparing their options.

Using Browsing Behaviour to Inform Advertising

OOm developed a strategy that grouped website visitors according to the product categories they explored.

Floodlight tags captured category browsing behaviour, allowing the team to build audiences around shoppers’ interests. Those audiences informed personalised advertising across Google’s advertising ecosystem.

For example, someone researching coffee machines could receive advertising featuring relevant products, promotional prices and a direct route back to purchase.

Dynamic HTML5 creatives combined product imagery, names, pricing and calls to action across desktop and mobile formats. This gave Harvey Norman a consistent way to deliver relevant product messaging across a large catalogue.

Connecting Creative Decisions with Performance Data

The wider campaign brought together Google Search, Performance Max and Display & Video 360.

OOm refined audiences, bids and creatives throughout the campaign. Category-level return on advertising spend helped the team assess performance and guide media investment, while GA4 measurement supported analysis of customer journeys and campaign contribution.

The campaign submission reports Google Ads return on advertising spend of 27.5x, compared with 26.1x in the comparison period.

The approach illustrates why detail matters in retail advertising. Organising audiences around category interests helped the team connect what shoppers had explored with the advertising they subsequently received. Measuring performance by category also gave OOm a more specific basis for optimisation.

Jialux Interior: Improving What Happens After an Enquiry

OOm’s Chat to Contract campaign for Jialux Interior earned a finalist position in Excellence in Tech-Driven Marketing.

Jialux Interior’s Aurix WhatsApp assistant

For the interior design firm, the challenge concerned what happened when a prospective customer made contact.

Homeowners comparing renovation providers expected prompt responses through WhatsApp. Jialux’s manual enquiry process made it difficult to respond consistently, qualify prospects and manage growing conversation volumes.

The team also had limited visibility into which marketing activities generated genuine customer enquiries.

Connecting WhatsApp Conversations with Lead Qualification

OOm implemented Aurix to support customer responses, capture qualification information and connect eligible enquiries with their marketing sources.

The configuration gathered details such as property type, renovation budget, project timeline and customer requirements. Consultants could then continue conversations with relevant information already available.

Aurix also supported human handovers, allowing consultants to review conversation history and follow up with context.

The implementation involved configuring Jialux’s business information and qualification workflows, then refining responses and lead tagging using live conversation data.

Making Enquiry Handling Measurable

The campaign submission reports that average response time fell from approximately two hours to 26 seconds. It also reports that Aurix autonomously handled 85.86% of customer conversations during the selected reporting periods.

Campaign attribution added another layer of visibility. Eligible WhatsApp conversations could be connected to their originating campaign, advertisement or acquisition source, helping the team assess which marketing activities generated customer conversations.

For businesses investing in lead generation, the project highlights the value of examining the enquiry process alongside advertising performance. Prompt responses, consistent qualification and informed consultant handovers all contribute to how a prospective customer experiences the business.

Different Challenges, Decisions Grounded in Customer Behaviour

The Harvey Norman and Jialux Interior campaigns addressed different points in the customer journey.

For Harvey Norman, browsing behaviour informed the next advertising message. For Jialux Interior, information gathered during a conversation supported qualification and consultant follow-up.

Both projects required OOm to understand what happened between customer interactions and put processes in place to support the next step. That work included measurement configuration, creative development and ongoing refinement based on campaign and conversation data.

These details give practical context to the awards and finalist recognition. They show how OOm applied its capabilities to the needs of individual businesses.

Thank You to Our Clients and Teams

OOm thanks our clients for their trust and collaboration, and the teams whose work contributed to this year’s recognition.

The awards are an opportunity to celebrate those partnerships and acknowledge the planning and ongoing improvements behind each campaign.
