Business Manager

Join our team as a Business Manager, specialising in B2B sales, focusing on selling a comprehensive range of services including SEO, SEM, Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, WeChat), Content Creation, Website Development, and Government Grant Solutions. This role requires a proactive sales approach, including cold calling and other strategic means to drive business growth.

 

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
  • Location: 1 Grange Rd, Level 7 Orchard Building, Singapore 239693
  • Salary: Basic + Commission + Incentives

Job Description

 

  • Conduct cold calls and prospecting to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution of services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favourable and aligned with company objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in selling digital marketing services or related solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
