Job Description
- Performance Reporting: Weekly reporting and projection of closure amounts and dates for your team’s renewing accounts.
- Team Motivation: Motivate and guide your team to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the team delivers top-quality work, managing timelines effectively and building strong client rapport.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct quarterly performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Training & Development: Ensure the team is well-trained on all company products and services. Provide training to new team members on company policies, procedures, and job-specific skills.
- Objective Setting: Guide team members in setting clear objectives for their pipelines and developing actionable plans to achieve these goals within specified timelines.
- Problem-Solving: Assist team members in identifying potential pitfalls and preparing solutions to mitigate these challenges.
- Onboarding & Training: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary technical knowledge and skills.
- Performance Metrics: Develop performance review decks and conduct monthly huddles with individual team members to assess morale, identify gaps, and address areas for improvement.
- Client Management: Manage client accounts directly when needed, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
- Recruitment: Recruit and mentor new hires, helping them become successful account managers and valuable team members.
We’re looking for you if…
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with at least 2 years of experience managing a digital marketing team
- SEO Expertise: Good to excellent understanding of search engine algorithms, technical SEO, and related practices
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Copywriting, Design, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics (GA), Google Data Studio, HotJar, AHREFS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify).
