PSB Academy came to us with the challenge to improve their search engine ranking through SEO.
The initial challenge we had was to compete with other equally established educational institutions and to achieve a wider market share in Google Organic ranking. After a year of optimizations, PSB Academy has also undergone a website revamp. OOm had to ensure that the stable and positive rankings achieved previously will not be greatly affected.
Offsite activities consisted of a branding and targeted keyword linking strategy. This strategy helped ensure that our anchor texts are natural and are carefully integrated with each post. With this in mind, we are also constantly aligning with regular updates from Google’s algorithms.
Greenhub Suited Offices offer serviced offices and business centers in premium locations across Singapore as well as Indonesia. An oasis in the urban landscape, Greenhub Suited Offices provides tranquil environments surrounded by greenery away from the hustle and bustle of the city. OOm was tasked to increase their exposure and visibility through SEO and increase its keyword rankings.
Being very new to search marketing, Greenhub Suited Offices faced fierce competition from many similar established companies. 70% of its SEO optimized keywords faced mid to high level of competition.
To increase their exposure and visibility, the strategy we developed for Greenhub Suited Offices focused on content and social media marketing. We focused on continuous content marketing to increase their visibility and exposure in multiple search engines. Published articles were also shared on social media which also helped increase their website’s social signals.
FarEastFlora.com is a household brand in the florist industry and has since expanded with offices and retail stores in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. The challenge FarEastFlora.com faced was stiff online competition. We were tasked to manage their search marketing campaigns to increase conversions of their e-commerce store.
The online florist industry is extremely competitive. With many competitors bidding to display their ads on Google, the cost to pay for each keyword is getting more expensive. With high cost per keyword, ROI was reduced. Their previous campaign was not well optimize and this caused their ads to lose impressions due to low quality score. Potential customers were turning to their competitors to make purchases because of lost impression.
Through research and analysis, we identified issues and modified their existing SEM campaign. Alternative platforms (such as Display Advertising, Yahoo Advertising, Bing Advertising, etc.) were introduced to further expand the brand awareness of the company.
By working closely with our regional strategic partners, we were able to distinguish the different consumer behaviours in different countries. This enabled us to make the necessary modifications and apply different targeting and optimization strategies. For instance, we ran Traditional Chinese ads for the Hong Kong market, which increased conversions and sales revenue for FarEastFlora.com HK.
We have also refined the campaign keywords by categorizing them into converting keywords and removed those that were not converting into sales.
Thai to Go offers affordable Thai cuisine delivery in Singapore. Recently, they opened their first restaurant at Sembawang Cottage. OOm was tasked with SEO duty to optimize Thai to Go Corporate Site for important keywords such as Thai Food Delivery, Food Delivery, etc. SEM campaigns were also launched on both Google and Yahoo.
Our optimization team did thorough analysis of their website and discovered that the original landing page was too cluttered and there were too many distractions. There were was no special promotion and call to action to entice people to order.
We created a new landing page to highlight promotions to entice more people to order and directed all SEM traffic to the new landing page. We measured conversions with Google Analytics and used A/B testing to continuously tweak the landing pages to further improve conversion rate.
Ericool Aircon & Engineering Pte. Ltd. is an established air conditioning company in Singapore since 1996. Their website was outdated and with their poor rankings on Google, the number of leads they got from their website was very little. They engaged OOm for a full web-revamp and SEO service.
After our analysis, we found that their website was not SEO-friendly and thus was not appearing on the top organic positions on Google. The design of the website was also outdated, which made it difficult for Ericool to attract any corporate clients.
We revamped their website to make it look more professional as well as contemporary. We conducted keyword research and identified a set of keywords that have high commercial application such as aircon servicing and repair. We then moved on to edit the website content to increase its relevance to the keywords we were targeting. Since the success and popularity of a search engine is determined by its ability to produce the most relevant results to any given search, it makes sense that Content Relevance is the most important factor that search engines take into account when they rank websites. Website promotion was also done to increase the number of inbound links to the website, which is also another important factor when it comes to ranking websites.
